This is the third and final book in the Two Sparrows for a Penny series, but it can also be read as a standalone title. It is a contemporary book about human trafficking and grooming. It is well-written and has two threads coming together to give a complete picture. Tag's portion is told in the present day, while Jae's unfolds slowly, giving us glimpses of what she went through over the years. This would make an excellent book club selection as the various aspects of the book would definitely lend itself to much discussion.

Well, things being what they were, Marian and Gilbert were all too quickly married and trying to piece all this sudden and unexpected change in situation into some semblance of order. 

But a marriage of convenience doesn't end the danger. Rather, it seems to intensify. How a small portion of an overheard conversation could cause so many problems is perplexing. But to keep his new family safe, Gil will have to figure it out. And Marian isn't about to hide away, not with danger threatening her daughters.

This was an excellent read set in 1931 Wisconsin. And it is well worth your time. I have to admit I love reading books that have a local flavor. This is a perfect blend of history, romance, and mystery.

The characters are engaging, and one can connect with them as they work through their hurts and fears. Because fear is most definitely a force in this book - fear of rejection, fear of never being enough, fear of loss. And then there is love and its power to heal and overcome fear, but only if it is allowed to take root and grow. Overall, I would highly recommend this book to fans of Regency era fiction.

I love the interactions between Cole and Lars as they navigate their newly discovered familial link while having to deal with Cole's CIA ties and the obvious limits it puts on everything. This is a clean read that offers suspense and danger as both men deal with romance and the risks involved not only to their hearts but to the ones who hold them. I highly recommend this book and the series. I love the family aspects of this series which I believe is its greatest strength.

Sometimes things just seem to go wrong, and for Greyson Fox that seems to be the pattern his life is currently stuck in. This is a fun return to Deep Haven and the Fox family. But this time brother Greyson gets his chance. I love how the grandkids are slowly being drawn back home in this series. Maybe the saying you can't return home doesn't apply to Deep Haven, MN, because they seem more than willing to welcome back those who have left it behind. This is a sweet contemporary romance that will leave you in a happy place. So crack open the cover and settle down for another (or a first time visit) to a place you wouldn't mind calling home.

Deadly Yellowstone Secrets definitely keeps the suspense going full force and I loved how there was this natural distrust between the rangers and the naturalists. This played well into the poachers' hands while adding an additional unknown into the mix. This is part of the Love Inspired Suspense Inspirational Romance series which means this is a clean read so no gory, graphic details to keep you up at night. And the romance is sweet. Overall, this is a highly recommended book in my opinion.
